SILVER EXTRACTION FROM WASTE HYPO SOLUTION 
Silver is one of the main industrial raw material. it is major cost component of photo films, graphic films, industrial x ray films and cinematographic films. silver is increasingly finding wide application in electrical industry, nuclear relators, space rocketry, pharmaceutical industry, comprising allopathy, homeopathy, ayurvedic, ornaments, sterling wares, mirror manufacturing etc.. 
Silver manufacturing Process
After the waste hypo solution has been purchased it is put into electrolysis tank of special quantity plastic for fibre glass. check pH of the solution. attach the shaft to bush. connect the rectifier. connect the black wire to the black terminal of rectifier gives the desired current. start the motor. let the machine run for few hours. test the silver concentration of the solution in the tank. it will gradually decrease. when silver is fully recovered. the silver estimating paper will snow nil. stop the machine, take out the cathode. drain out the solution. fill it again with waste hypo solution so that enough silver is deposited. it is  dried and all the silver deposited on the cathode is scraped.
this is dried melted in small crucible along with certain chemicals. the melted silver is formed into a bar which can be sold in market.
The main raw materials required by the project are waste hypo solution and chemicals. Plant and machinery required by the project are low voltage rectifier with electrodes, plastic tank, 30 litters drums, jerry cans for hypo solution and laboratory testing equipments.
